Senior ALM Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the implementation of our Automated Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to configure and customize Polarion ALM to support project-specific requirements, test planning, validation, release, and documentation workflows.

  • You will design and implement processes, workflows, traceability matrices, and custom templates aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and company-specific quality frameworks.
  • Additionally, you will lead the rollout of Polarion solutions across international teams, including training, documentation, and end-user support.
  • Achieving safety-relevant documentation compliance and regulatory traceability for automotive/battery systems is also crucial.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment following the SAFe framework and drive continuous improvement of Polarion-based ALM processes through feedback, automation, and performance optimization.

Requirements:
  • Polarion Expertise: Hands-on experience with Polarion configuration, workflow implementation, and process customization.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and V-model methodologies for requirements engineering, validation, change management, and release planning.
  • Agile & Communication Skills: Proven experience in SAFe-based agile teams, excellent communication skills, and ability to train, support, and mentor international, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications include Certified Polarion Solution Architect or equivalent, knowledge of battery systems, e-mobility, or autonomous vehicle development life cycles, and experience with scripting in JavaScript, Velocity, or Python for Polarion automation.
