Key to our success is an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can drive people strategies, enhance employee experience, and build a culture of performance and engagement across teams.
- Analyzing business goals to align HR initiatives effectively.
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.
- Overseeing workforce challenges such as attrition, absenteeism, shift adherence, and productivity.
- Ensuring fair and empathetic conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Partnering with teams to identify skill gaps and drive capability-building initiatives.
- Analyzing key HR metrics like attrition, engagement scores, and productivity trends.
- Collaborating with the central team on policy implementation, compliance, and HR process improvements.
- Developing strong engagement programs tailored to team needs.
- Demonstrating cultural ambassadorship by driving company values and high employee morale.
- 3–8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP in the industry.
- Proven experience handling large employee bases (minimum 300–500 employees).
- Strong understanding of workforce dynamics, including shift operations and engagement challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing leadership and frontline employees alike.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools, data reporting, and HRMS platforms.
