People Consultant Role

As a people consultant, you will be end-to-end responsible for delivering comprehensive solutions to clients across various sectors.

The role requires a strong analytical skillset, coupled with verbal ability, and the willingness to travel locally and globally as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements
  • Write proposals and support business development activities
  • Act as engagement manager on specific workstreams within projects

  • 5+ years of work experience in a business environment
  • 3 years in a management or leadership consulting environment
