About the Role

The Management Consulting Manager will lead consulting projects, develop strategic recommendations, and guide a team of consultants to deliver exceptional value in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading consulting projects across various industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Developing strategic recommendations based on data analysis and client needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior consultants in their professional development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-14 years of experience in management consulting or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
