
Business Development Consultant-on a commission-based model

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development / Sales professional from the Recruitment, ERP, or Education industries to join us as a Consultant on a commission-based model.
Role Overview:
As a Consultant, you will interact directly with CXOs and functional heads to help the organization set strategic goals and develop actionable plans for business and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role ideal for a self-driven professional with proven expertise in building relationships and driving B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development and B2B sales efforts, particularly in Recruitment Services for Permanent Hiring
Acquire new clients and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
Build and nurture trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Engage with CXOs and senior leadership to understand business needs and propose solutions
Strategically pursue leads and guide them through the sales pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience in business development and B2B sales of recruitment services for permanent hiring
Successful track record in new client acquisition and end-to-end sales management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and partners
Preferred Experience:
If from ERP or Education industries, must have a robust network of stakeholders and CXOs
Ability to quickly understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
