As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers via voice and non-voice channels.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is essential for communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications">

The following qualifications are considered advantageous:

  • Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support is a plus.
  • Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) is an advantage.
