Procurement Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders.

This role requires a strong understanding of procurement principles and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate vendors to meet project needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Conduct technical evaluations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and good communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
