Job Title: Tendering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate online tender submissions, focusing on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) Portal.

  • Monitor relevant online platforms for new tender opportunities.
  • Analyze tender documents and assess eligibility criteria.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and certifications.
  • Track tender status, follow up on submissions, and handle post-bid documentation.
  • Maintain records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to government procurement.
  • Respond to queries and clarifications from clients or authorities as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in online tendering, specifically on the GEM Portal.
  • Thorough knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and tender submission tools.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
