Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Chemicals and Materials Global Practice.

  • Develop strategic market assessments, distribution channels analysis, due diligence, acquisition screening, customer perception, retention, and satisfaction across chemicals and CPG/consumer healthcare industries.
  • Guide research projects, oversee team members, and write reports.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define study scope, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables.
  • Drive team performance to successful completion of studies.
  • Ensure content and quality of studies.
  • Write and review reports for proprietary studies.
  • Conduct analysis, develop appraisal, and prepare presentations and supporting documentation with project teams.
  • Present findings to clients.
  • Conduct primary interviews to obtain critical insights.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Assist business development meetings and presentations.
  • Identify enhancements to project deliverables and work processes.
  • Develop junior staff.
  • Requires at least ten years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry.
  • Experience developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team.
  • Analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in the chemical industry.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and presenting project results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
