Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Strategist to join our team at Unikon in Gurugram. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to grow our brand presence on Twitter and Reddit.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform dynamics, audience behavior, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse communities. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to align campaigns with broader brand goals and ensure seamless execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, follower growth, and traffic.
  • Create and schedule engaging, platform-optimized content, including text, images, polls, and discussions.
  • Actively monitor conversations, trends, and hashtags to join relevant discussions and enhance engagement.
  • Manage Reddit communities, post content, and actively participate in threads to drive visibility and traffic.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and traffic, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader brand goals.
  • Manage online interactions, address inquiries, and mitigate negative feedback professionally.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing professional Twitter and Reddit accounts (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Exceptional writing skills with a knack for crafting platform-specific content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong understanding of Twitter trends, algorithms, and features (e.g., Spaces, lists).
  • Knowledge of Reddit culture, subreddits, and posting etiquette.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
