Mobile Application Testing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Test Lead with a strong background in mobile application testing to lead our QA team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, hands-on experience in mobile testing, debugging tools, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for mobile applications
  • Perform manual and automated testing, including debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Prepare test reports, ensure comprehensive coverage, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes

Requirements:

  • 7–9 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging)
  • Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools
  • Experience managing a team of 5–8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Preferred experience in banking domain applications (lending, loans)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive leadership skills
