We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing robust security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Multifactor Authentication Implementation: Lead the migration project from Cisco DUO and RSA Securid to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Multifactor Authentication technologies, particularly Cisco DUO, RSA Securid, and Microsoft Authenticator. Provide technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Security Solution Design: Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust Multifactor Authentication solutions that meet the security needs of the organization while complying with industry regulations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce Multifactor Authentication policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on Multifactor Authentication processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions to track Multifactor Authentication usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding Multifactor Authentication effectiveness and potential improvements.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remediation strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multifactor Authentication solutions.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
