Identity Management Specialist

As an Identity Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust identity management solutions. Your expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow will enable you to manage access certifications, self-service capabilities, and provisioning processes.

You will develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Ant. This will ensure seamless deployment of SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.

To build custom connectors/integrations, you will leverage your knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols. Your proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and Shell will allow you to author secure and maintainable code.

In this role, you will also monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to gather requirements, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability—all underpinned by Care, Courage, and Commitment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience working within large-scale financial services or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with overall engineering frameworks such as Continuous Delivery pipelines and culture of automation and quality.
  • Relevant SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityNow Implementation Professional).
  • Understanding or exposure to Career Pathways, enabling cross-discipline mobility and seniority clarity.
