As a key contributor to our managed services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of client services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, engineer and manage privileged access solutions to secure critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain vaults for privileged accounts, password rotation policies, and access workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues with privileged access, including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.
  • Integrate privileged access solutions with other enterprise systems, such as identity and access management (IAM), security information and event management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
  • Manage Azure privileged access using conditional access.
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.
  • Enforce multi-factor authentication, adaptive access policies, and role-based access control across hybrid environments.
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.
  • Ensure compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Investigate IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attempts.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access control.

Your Profile

  • 4–12 years of hands-on experience in privileged access management, identity and access management, and authentication technologies.
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CyberArk Defender).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skills.
