Job Title: Workday Security Consultant

Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Workday Security Specialist

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday security features and controls, as well as understanding of relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain security settings within the Workday application, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments.
  • Collaborate with vendors to understand new technology scope and its association with new functionality and security.
  • Develop and maintain awareness of divisional and data security, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in report reviews, ensuring adherence to security and data privacy standards.
  • Stay informed on new security features within the application's roadmap and implement where feasible.
  • Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Demonstrate proof of security controls during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Profound understanding of Workday security features and controls.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients.
