Workday Support Specialist Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Workday support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for our client's Workday platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of at least two Workday modules, experience supporting Workday integrations, and familiarity with Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing L2/L3 support for Workday users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Workday integrations and business processes.
  • Partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide Workday solutions.
  • Assisting with configuration changes, enhancements, and release management.
  • Conducting impact assessments for Workday updates and new functionality.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation (knowledge base articles, process flows, support procedures).
  • Providing user training and guidance as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and audit requirements.
