Workday Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with partners to gather integration requirements, designing and developing integrations, implementing and maintaining integrations, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, creating technical documentation, and staying up-to-date with Workday updates.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
