About the Position:
As a seasoned Senior Manager, you will spearhead the establishment and direction of the Lean Project Management Office (PMO). This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize processes for structured, outcome-driven software project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the PMO to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance software project execution.
- Drive global collaboration and cross-functional execution.
- Align teams, simplify complex processes, and drive execution.
- Coach and develop teams to foster a culture of accountability.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO leadership.
- Deep understanding of software development, product lifecycle management, and operational execution.
- Experience establishing Agile, Lean, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices from scratch.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Miro, and familiarity with emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs).
