
Cold Chain Sales Strategist

Our ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in selling refrigeration and cold chain solutions, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Develop strategic plans focused on the cold chain industry.
- Identify target markets and key accounts within the cold chain sector.
The selected candidate will lead a high-performing sales team specializing in cold chain solutions and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Training and guiding sales team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and market trends within the cold chain industry and develop strategies to expand the company's client base.
Client Relationship ManagementThe ideal candidate will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the refrigeration and cold chain industry.
Sales Performance Monitoring (Forecasting) and ReportingThe selected candidate will monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports to senior management, and forecast sales volumes and revenue projections based on market trends and sales pipeline analysis.
Educational QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, along with an MBA if applicable. Proven experience in sales management, deep understanding of refrigeration technologies, and industry-specific requirements are essential.
