About the Position:

We seek an accomplished Capital Markets professional with a proven track record in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions.

This role involves active deal execution, advising clients, and managing end-to-end capital market transactions.

  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on strategic equity fundraising approaches, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Ensure all deals comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, to coordinating with regulators and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

Key Requirements & Experience:

• CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.

• 5-6 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.

• Deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.

• Strong knowledge of regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Established network with market participants is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
