Unlock new business opportunities as a Financial Solutions Specialist, where you will be responsible for originating prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels. Your primary goal is to acquire customers and take their proposals up to the stage of disbursement, meeting existing customers to generate business opportunities and thereby driving revenue.

Catering to businesses with turnovers ranging from Rs 100 to 500 crores in Emerging Business, Rs 500 to 1000 crores in Mid Corporate, and above Rs 1000 crores in Large Corporate segments, you will provide various working capital facilities such as Overdraft, Cash Credit, Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Term Loan, and more, tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer relationship management skills, addressing both service and sales queries to engage and retain customers. You will also identify new segments and set up trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions, recommending and introducing new services to drive customer engagement and fee income.

As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs, providing customized solutions that cater to their requirements. Your ability to analyze complex financial situations and propose effective solutions will be essential in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in financial services or related fields.
