Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative campaigns for multiple brands across various industries, spanning from concept planning and scriptwriting to copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitch development.
  • Present comprehensive campaign plans to clients across diverse brands.
  • Ensure exceptional quality in creative work and pursue awards to recognize team achievements.
  • Report to the Creative Lead who provides strategic direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on project tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual guidance to graphic designers on innovative concepts.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
  • Implement revisions based on internal or external feedback, adhering to realistic timelines that balance creativity and client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process from concept to final product deployment, whether for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, target audiences, and competitors to ensure a deep understanding of brand needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, news, and online developments.

  • Ability to develop and propose interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience preferences and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose relevant content and campaigns.
