**Job Title:** Senior Creative Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Strategist to lead our creative team and oversee multiple brands across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team in developing innovative campaign ideas, scripts, and copywriting for multiple brands.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 2-4 junior creative resources, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure award-winning standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitch development.
  • Presentation: Present creative plans and narrate scripts to clients for various brands.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all creative work meets high standards and explores opportunities for awards recognition.
  • Reporting: Report to the Creative Lead, receiving overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.
  • Coordination: Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaigns.
  • Direction: Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Briefing: Understand and break down briefs to junior creatives for a smooth and efficient process.
  • Revision: Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
  • Production: Be actively present throughout production processes from idea to final product upload.
  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audience, and stay updated with industry developments and online trends.
