Job Overview:

The Visionary Design Leader will be responsible for developing innovative concepts and providing strategic guidance to the design team.

  • Lead the development of art concepts and provide work direction to staff.
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers.
  • Present completed ideas to team members.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work in a team, good work ethics and calm attitude.

  • Proven working experience as Art Director.
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design software.

The Visionary Design Leader will also be responsible for training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees, while meeting art department work standards by following production, productivity, quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement visual identity guidelines for the company.
  2. Maintain high-quality standards for all visual communications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior design role.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases creative vision and technical skill.
