Job Title – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining strategic direction, driving operational efficiency, ensuring financial growth, and positioning the company as a global market leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's long-term vision and growth strategy, lead product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering, identify and expand into new markets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations, implement lean practices, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 standards, maintain compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial & Business Performance: Own and deliver the P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts, drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability, develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.
  • People Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence, lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
  • Stakeholder & Market Engagement: Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making, build strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators, represent the company as a global market leader in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle, expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management, demonstrated success in scaling businesses and expanding into new markets.

The ideal candidate will be evaluated against measurable outcomes, including financial metrics, revenue growth, EBITDA margin / profitability targets, cash flow management, operational metrics, production efficiency, quality performance, market growth, innovation, and sustainability.
