AI-Driven Marketing Transformation Lead

Are you a visionary tech leader with expertise in AI and ML? We're seeking an exceptional individual to lead our AI-driven marketing transformation.

Our innovative Agentic platform is revolutionizing the way brands engage with markets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building cutting-edge AI/ML-powered modules that redefine how demand is accelerated and markets are engaged.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end AI/ML products and modules.
  • Build and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architect and deploy applications in cloud ecosystems.
  • Deliver minimum viable products (MVPs) with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Mentor and manage a growing team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in:
  • AI/ML pipelines and productization.
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures.
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs.
  • Cloud services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
