A key role for this position is to implement and execute strategic marketing plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks within allocated resources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing multi-channel campaigns effectively.
  • Managing timelines, resources, and budget allocation for each campaign.
  • Coordinating with teams (creative, content, digital, sales) for seamless campaign execution.
  • Ensuring campaigns meet objectives and align with brand messaging.
  • Content coordination and development, including article creation, blog publishing, video production, graphic design, and content consistency across platforms.
  • Reviewing and approving marketing materials before distribution.
  • Channel management, implementing strategies across social media, email, website, and paid advertising, while monitoring performance and optimizing reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), measuring ROI, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Generating regular reports on campaign performance for senior management.
  • Stakeholder communication, serving as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners involved in the marketing process.
  • Providing updates and progress reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Market research and competitor analysis, understanding customer needs, preferences, and trends, and adjusting execution strategies based on insights.
  • Event coordination (if applicable), managing the execution of marketing events, webinars, product launches, or trade shows.
  • Team leadership, guiding the execution team, providing direction, resources, and support.
  • Brand management, ensuring that marketing efforts align with the overall brand strategy and values.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM), enhancing customer engagement and retention through personalized marketing efforts.
