Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet established quality standards by inspecting, testing, and monitoring processes at various stages of production.

This is an offline job with 6 days working. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Test Products: Inspect and test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per defined quality standards.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Procedures: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Routine Checks and Audits: Conduct routine checks and audits on production lines to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Investigate Quality-Related Complaints: Investigate quality-related complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with Production Team: Coordinate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Train Staff: Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Prepare Quality Reports: Prepare and submit quality reports to management.
  • Sustain Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality management.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills are required for this position.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
