Quality Assurance Manager Role

The successful candidate will lead our quality initiatives, ensuring product quality meets company standards at optimal cost.

  • Implement and review Food Safety and Quality Management System to guarantee compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
  • Ensure products conform to specifications through supply chain assurance, enforcing full compliance to company FSQA Mandates for plant operation.
  • Conduct required tests on incoming raw materials, packaging, water treatment processes, syrup preparation, and finished products to ensure quality.

Candidates with a strong background in food technology from the Beverage/Food Industry are ideal candidates for this role. They must be able to plan, document, and manage practices, activities, and resources to meet quality goals.

Key Qualifications:
  • Food Technology degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
  • Ability to maintain two-way traceability forward to consumers and backward to raw materials.
  • Familiarity with chemical reagents, equipment calibration, and storage conditions.
