Production Manager

The company seeks a Production Manager to oversee the production team at the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production schedules, meeting targets, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in the production process. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers, monitoring technicians' performance, and providing coaching and guidance as necessary.

You will also oversee the production process to ensure production targets are met, monitor production schedules, and adjust workloads as needed to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will ensure that production is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining high standards of product quality. You will coordinate with the QC team for regular inspections, quality checks, and punch closing. Addressing any quality issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary in coordination with the QC team is also a critical responsibility.

Safety and compliance are paramount in this position. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a safe working environment, and enforce safety policies. Conducting regular safety meetings and training sessions is also essential.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency. Working with management to develop and implement production strategies, analyzing production data, and preparing reports on performance are all important aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

• Production Management:
