**Job Opportunity:** Workforce Integration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Integration Engineer to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop secure interfaces using APIs for customers to connect with Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.
  • Assist customers in all integration processes and design architecture programs, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Perform thorough unit and system testing of configured applications to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay current on technical specifications of software products, including knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with JavaScript at an advanced level and expertise in API development.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, SOAP, and Restful Web Services Implementation, with the ability to integrate these technologies into HCM applications.
  • Knowledge of Workforce and certification in Workforce – Integration (PT103 Certification desired), with a strong understanding of workforce management principles.
