Front Office Supervisor Role

This position oversees daily front office operations, ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient service delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area and supervise front office staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for managing client relations, meeting company policy requirements.
  • Coordinate on-site event management, including setup and catering arrangements.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with guidelines (minimum 15 hours weekly).
  • Produce weekly reports for caf operations and events.
  • Maintain crockery and cutlery inventory, providing updates to the facilities manager.
  • Support the facilities manager with daily and monthly management information system reports.
  • Adhere to professional grooming standards as per JLL guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Site Lead, Assistant Manager, or Line Manager.
