
Front Office Coordinator Position

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service by managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with various departments.
The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in front-office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
This position offers an opportunity to build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
Gathering feedback from guests and reporting any issues to the Front Office Manager is also a key aspect of this role.
OthersThe Front Office Assistant will work closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
They will also assist in preparing reports related to front office operations and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
