Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality control and assurance for castings and metal components.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Engineer who can coordinate with third-party inspection agencies, ensure compliance with quality plans, and conduct internal and external quality tests.

The selected individual should have hands-on experience in destructive and non-destructive testing, including calibration and usage of precision instruments.

This role requires the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  1. Inspection:
  • Visual Inspection
  • Dimensional Inspection
  • Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT)
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Radiographic Testing (RT)
  1. Documentation & Reporting:
  • Preparation and review of inspection reports
  1. Coordination & Communication:
  • Liaising with third-party inspection agencies
  • Ensuring smooth execution of inspections as per schedule and client requirements
  1. Quality Assurance Plans (QAP):
  • Understanding and execution of QAPs based on specific customer standards and project requirements
  1. Internal Testing & Lab Analysis:
  • Daily production testing and inspection in presence of Third-Party Inspectors
  • Chemical analysis using Spectrometer
  • Mechanical testing: Tensile & Hardness Testing
  1. Technical Collaboration:
  • Technical coordination with NABL-accredited laboratories
  • Ensuring adherence to national/international testing standards
  1. Heat Treatment Process:
  • Supervision and quality checks during heat treatment of castings
  1. Measuring Instruments & Calibration:
  • Proficient in handling, usage, and calibration of precision measuring tools and gauges
