Job Title:

Business Administration Capability Lead, RA Platform Operations

About the Role:

This is a high-level role responsible for overseeing business administration activities across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
  1. Lead a team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and business priorities related to Business Administration activities (i.e. Governance, User Account Management, and Content/Data security).
  2. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by implementing change management strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Represent the Capability in digital governance boards and leadership meetings across the organization.
  2. Communicate effectively to ensure understanding and support for new technology initiatives.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
  1. Build and maintain collaborative and productive partnerships within the Capability and the Platform, and with relevant stakeholders.
  2. Oversee vendors at the capability level, across product(s), in collaboration with IT and the External Partnerships Teams.
Quality and Compliance:
  1. Ensure on-time, compliant, quality delivery of Business Administration activities for the assigned Capability/Product(s).
  2. Adhere to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the scope of the Capability.
Business Administration activities:
  1. Develop and manage resource plans for Business Administration activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  2. Act as the first-level support for business administration issues and ensure a harmonized approach across all technology products.
Project and Program Support:
  1. Provide support/resources for key projects and programs impacting the Capability and/or underlying Service(s)/Product(s).
Demand Management:
  1. Effectively manage demand(s) for technology services and operational support related to business administration activities.

    • A proven track record of leading teams and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
