Job Title

A highly skilled administrative professional is sought to provide senior-level support to our executives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage complex tasks, maintain processes and systems, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative and organizational assignments independently.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and maintain administrative processes.
  • Inform, advise, and support the team on processes, guidelines, and services specific to the department.
  • Schedule and manage meetings across international time zones.
  • Organize logistics for business travel, including visas and reservations.
  • Submit expense reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience providing administrative professional support to senior executives.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience working in a large, dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organization. Project management certification is a plus.
