Key Performance Tester Role

Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled performance tester to join our innovative projects.

  • Design and develop comprehensive performance test plans for applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Develop custom scripts using Groovy, Python, or Shell for performance testing scenarios.
  • Thoroughly analyze performance test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform thorough testing and monitoring across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement and configure monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues in distributed systems and microservices.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
