Job Title: Expert Telecaller

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for an Expert Telecaller located in Salem. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi
  • Experience with customer service and outbound calling
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
  • Ability to understand the nature of work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and polite attitude
