  • Experience : 10+ years
  • Location : Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Trichy and Ahmedabad.
  • Shift Timing : 3 PM IST : 12:00 AM IST

Skillset:

  • Must have skills: Twilio Flex (Cloud platform), ReactJS, HTML/CSS, Applications Development, AI
  • Secondary skills that desired on top of above: Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, CUCM,

Additional details:

  • Proficient in optimizing telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer – systems, processes and staff using high-tech methodologies.
  • Experienced in design, development, deployment and management of Telephony, Call Center & AI technologies across the enterprise.
  • Familiar with Contact Center technologies (Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio and Flex), BrightPattern, WFM systems, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize telephony systems for efficiency
  • Develop and manage call center technologies
  • Utilize AI to enhance customer experience
