Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to fill this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Windows Server infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Server Management: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and related services
  • Infrastructure Support: Provide technical support for all aspects of the Windows server environment, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to optimize server resources
  • Security Measures: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the server environment from threats
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner
  • Patch Management: Apply and manage operating system and application patches to ensure system stability and security
  • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control to ensure secure and efficient system operation
Key Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems, active directory, DNS, DHCP, and other relevant technologies
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
