Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cloud migrations, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, printer setup, networking, Active Directory management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

  • Cloud Migration Expertise: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Remote Support Services: Deliver remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Office 365 Administration: Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Printer Setup and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Network Solutions: Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Active Directory Management: Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP): Configure and optimize RDP for secure remote access.
