Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing cloud infrastructure costs across various platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, scripting, monitoring, and cost optimization will be essential to driving efficiency and reducing spend.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and optimization of cloud infrastructure costs
  • Development and maintenance of scripts/automation for cost reporting, resource clean-up, and efficiency improvements
  • Collaboration with engineering teams to right-size compute, storage, and database resources
  • Implementation of reserved instances, savings plans, auto-scaling policies, and storage lifecycle policies to reduce spend
  • Leverage native tools like AWS Cost Explorer, CloudWatch, and third-party monitoring platforms

You will play a key role in ensuring the team's cloud infrastructure is optimized for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
