Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Technical Infrastructure Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support of client networks, servers, storage, and overall infrastructure
  • Maintain and optimize Windows-based networks and servers
  • Administer Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Windows security systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues remotely or on-premise
  • Architect and implement IT projects such as high availability, virtualization, and cloud services
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in administering, configuring, and maintaining complex IT systems. They must possess strong technical skills and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong technical certifications and self-motivation are also essential for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with minimal supervision and managing their time effectively.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of networking protocols, server administration, and operating system management. Experience with virtualization and cloud computing is highly desirable.
