Human Resources Operations Specialist
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team, focusing on employee data management and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage all global employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements), to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including the Oracle HCM platform.
- Administer and maintain Global HRIS (Human Resources Information System), with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud, to guarantee data integrity and security for all employee groups.
- Support U.S. payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
