Job Title: Senior Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to visiting and resident faculty, ensuring a smooth teaching experience for post-graduate students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks for our department, including arranging travel and stay for visiting and resident faculty at Hyderabad and Mohali campuses.
  • Honorarium Payment: Ensure timely payment invoices for visiting faculty.
  • Maintenance: Maintain stationery and issue mementos for guest speakers.
  • Course Materials: Assist in preparing course materials and arrange class seating layouts.
Time Allocation:
  • To assist visiting and resident faculty in administrative work (30%).
  • To arrange travel, accommodation, and F&B requirements for visiting and resident faculty and guest speakers (30%).
  • To ensure final invoice and ticket settlements for visiting faculty (15%).
  • To raise POs and process invoices for course-related expenditures (15%).
  • To support departmental activities: stationery procurement, BAZ, graduation & placement (10%).
KRAs and KPIs:
  • Administrative support to all visiting faculty and resident faculty from Hyderabad and course material compilation.
  • Travel, accommodation, and F&B arrangements for visiting and resident faculty and guest speakers.
  • Final invoice and tickets settlements.
  • Course-related assistance, seating layouts, and exam support.
  • Departmental stationery, mementos, and other activities.
