The Virtual Experience Coordinator plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing virtual events to engage our audience, promote products, and support lead generation.
This position requires a unique blend of organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional virtual experiences that align with marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Virtual Event Strategy & Execution:
- Develop a comprehensive virtual event plan that aligns with our marketing and sales objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging virtual event topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
- Oversee the virtual event lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
- Manage the technical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor and analyze virtual event performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align virtual event themes with campaigns and goals.
- Collaborate with product marketing team to develop virtual events that highlight key features and value propositions.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content to maximize virtual event attendance.
- Leverage analytics tools to track and optimize promotional efforts.
- Reporting & Optimization:
- Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure virtual event success.
- Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve virtual event content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in virtual event management, webinars, or digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms (ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in US time zones.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing virtual event performance metrics.
- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
