Social Media Marketing Professional

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media tasks, implementing content strategy, optimizing social media presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns. For this position, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who can drive engagement and reach through effective social media marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Build monthly content calendars and campaign strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – creative, copy, video – to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform insights to drive engagement and reach.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work alongside paid media teams to align organic and paid campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a digital or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio of social media campaigns, content strategies, and engagement results.
  • Deep understanding of social media tools, analytics, and content formats (especially reels and short-form video).

Bonus if you have experience working with lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brands and are familiar with influencer marketing and performance content.
