Job Title: Social Media Associate

This role is designed for a dynamic individual who can manage multiple social media accounts, monitor engagement, and derive insights from data.

The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, come up with innovative ideas, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key social media accounts and develop engaging campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to generate new ideas and improve media presence.
  • Teaming up with writers and designers to create creative content.
  • Understand client feedback and provide strategic inputs to the design and content teams.
  • Establish a content strategy that aligns with the brand's philosophy and objectives.
  • Monitor digital trends and create relatable content.
  • Understand paid ads on social platforms and drive innovation and creativity.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms.
  • Prepare reports on a monthly basis with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Preferred qualification is a degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Associate or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
