Identity Operations Engineer Position Overview

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of Identity and Access Management solutions to ensure security, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing IAM systems, managing identities, and ensuring seamless access for users.

The successful engineer will be responsible for maintaining a complex landscape involving 100+ applications with various integration types. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, and Identity Lifecycle Management
  • Implementing modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through contribution to SOC/Sox internal and external audits

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, and experience with two-step verification and its application.

Requirements and Qualifications

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk
  • Good experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types
  • Knowledge of modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
  • Contribution to SOC/Sox internal and external audits
