Identity Governance & Administration Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, with a strong focus on designing and developing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. You will also be responsible for performing technical troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ issues, managing and monitoring deployed IGA solutions, resolving incidents and service requests, and deploying configurations and performing application onboarding into IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Development: Develop comprehensive IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Perform technical troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ issues and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Solution Management: Manage and monitor deployed IGA solutions and deploy configurations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years overall experience with hands-on development experience of 5+ years on SailPoint IdentityIQ product
  • Well-versed with SailPoint IdentityIQ life cycle workflows, access governance, access certification, and access request processes
  • Hands-on experience in developing, configuring life cycle events, access requests, access certification, password management, applications, rules, workflows, forms, quick links, etc.
  • Experience in administering, operating, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ product
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ build process and GitHub for code version management
  • Understanding of Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline
